Browsing data

The servers hosting the site automatically record some technical data, such as IP address, date and time of the request, pages visited and browser type. This data is used only to run the site, keep it secure and detect abuse. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes this data as a processor on behalf of the controller (see the Vercel privacy policy).

Contact requests

The form on the Contact page does not send data to a server of the site: it opens the user’s mail program with a message already filled in. Name, e-mail, phone and message reach the controller only if the user sends that message. They are used to reply to the request or prepare a quotation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and are kept for as long as needed to handle it and, if a contract follows, for the periods required by law.

Cookies

The site does not set its own cookies and does not use statistical analysis or profiling tools. For this reason it does not show a consent banner.

So as not to show again the bar that suggests the version in the device language, the site stores a single technical item in the browser (the choice made), with no personal data: it stays on the device, is not sent to anyone and is deleted when browsing data is cleared.

Third-party content

The site pages show a Google Maps map (in the page footer and on the Contact page): Google may set cookies and process data under its own privacy policy. Links to the Italian Revenue Agency pages lead to external sites, which have their own notices.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to c.afelgsrl@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
